Comfort Built Around You

The right Bryant system for your family depends on several factors, including the physical specifications of your home. There are 3 main types of Bryant heating and cooling systems: HYBRID HEAT dual fuel systems, split systems, and packaged systems. Birdhfield’s will assist you in choosing the system best suited to meet your comfort needs.

Hybrid Heat Duel Fuel System

A Bryant Hybrid Heat dual fuel system automatically selects the most economical fuel source for heating. The system consists of a heat pump, which allows for electricity-fueled heating and cooling as well as a gas furnace, an indoor coil and an Evolution control:

  • Heat Pump

  • Gas Furnace and Evaporator Coil

  • Control or Thermostat

  • Optional Air Quality Accessories

Hybrid Heat is Smart, Flexible and Efficient

This dual fuel system combines the strengths of a gas furnace with an electric heat pump to deliver the comfort and efficiency you need in both warm and cold seasons to give you more control over your utility bills. As outdoor winter temperatures change, the system automatically switches between heat pump and furnace to utilize the most cost-effective fuel source and maintain greater efficiency.
Because a Hybrid Heat dual fuel system provides the flexibility to work with multiple fuel sources, it provides additional protection from unpredictable fuel cost increases. And the system is so efficient, its heating costs are less than with any gas furnace alone.

Split Systems

A split system refers to a heat pump heating and cooling system or an air conditioner cooling system that has components in two locations. Usually, one part of the system is located inside (evaporator coil or fan coil) and the other is located outside your home (heat pump or air conditioner unit, also referred to as a condenser coil):

  • Air Conditioner

  • Gas Furnace and Evaporator Coil

  • Control or Thermostat

  • Optional Air Quality Accessories

Packaged Systems

If space inside your home is limited, Bryant offers several packaged solutions, which can be placed on your rooftop or in your yard:
Small Packaged Products
Control or Thermostat
Optional Air Quality Accessories
